When trying to sign in it says that Instagram has temporarily blocked my account. I never received an email from them so I don't know why. Do you know if they are doing the same as Snapchat and banning accounts for using 3rd party apps?

I read stuff on twitter about logging in using data instead of wifi and it worked - I don't understand why - but it did! On both Storysave and the browser version of Insta. Might delete the thread now in case it worries people!
