Live Stream Save Feature Broken

Hi, I'm new here. I've been trying to save some live streams several times today and I notice there's some that just won't save. Even with the whole "Full Stream Available" option, I notice that there are some Live Streams that won't show up in my device when I download it. Is there a fix for this?

Hi,
I'm having the same issue with downloading some live streams after the fact. It keeps processing and I have two blank files in my gallery.

Hi I'm experiencing a similar issue where the automatic download for a particular configured user doesn't start, or it says the download has started but when I go back into the app to check for the saved file, it is not available.
The automatic download function doesn't seem very reliable as it only works in some cases.
Could you please put in a fix for this as soon as possible? Thank you
