Addons Error

I bought the addons for my old cell phone and it worked normally, now I bought a new phone, I logged in with the same Google account and when I ask for the "Check for purchases" option, the app does not identify any purchases.

Hey sorry I haven't gotten back to you yet.

StorySave addons are linked to the Instagram account that you were logged into StorySave with when you purchased the addon, they're not linked to your Google Account.

This is because I have other ways that users can purchase the addons.

If you forward me your Google Play receipt (which has the receipt id) to [email protected] I can take a look into this for you.
