Hi.
I have a weird issue with the app, i just can't transfer the videos of ig stories, i have tried a lot of things, but it does not work.
I have checked/tried:
the usb thing (checking if is on MPT mode or transfer file mode)
usb debugging is on
the cable works, i have copied files before with this app.
i copy files from other locations on the smartphone, but in the storysave folder does not work.
i have close the file manager task to see if that's the problem, but no.
i delete and reinstall the app and it worked once, then, started doing the same again.
What could it be?
